SB型三足式离心机为人工上部卸料、间歇操作的过滤式密闭型离心机。物料由上部加入转鼓，在离心力场的作用下，液相穿过过滤介质排出机外，固相物截留在转鼓内，停机后由人工从上部卸料。本机具有运转平稳、操作简单、滤渣能得到充分洗涤、固相颗粒不易破损且进料、洗涤和脱水在密闭状态下进行等特点。适合于分离含固相颗粒≥0.01毫米的悬浮液，固相颗粒可为粒状、结晶状或纤维状等形态，特别是粘度高、粒度细腻、有毒且易燃物料的过滤。故广泛用于化工、制药、食品、轻工等行业。同时，还可根据用户的需要，生产特殊规格的离心机。

PGZ型离心机是一种刮刀下部卸料、间歇操作的过滤设备，物料有上部加入转鼓。在离心力场作用下，液相穿过过滤介质排出机外，固相物截留在转鼓内，转鼓降速后用刮料器刮落从离心机下部排出。可按使用要求设定程序，自动完成进料、分离洗涤、脱水、卸料等工序，可实现远、近距离操作。具有运转平稳、操作方便、自动化程度高、处理量大、分离效果好等特点。适用于固相为颗粒状的悬浮液的过滤，又可用于纤维状物质的脱水，特别是有毒、易燃物料的过滤，广泛用于化工、制药、食品、轻工等行业

SB series centrifugal machine discharges on the top, kout the chamber is sealed. The material is feed into the chamber via top inlet, and under the centrifugal force, the liquid will go through the filtering medium out, but the solid will be blocked inside. It's features of stable performance, easy operation, best solid washing effect, little solid broken, sealed working. PGZ series discharges solids at the bottom by the scrapeer. After the rotating drum's speed is slowed down, then solid will be discharged by scraper. And all steps canbe programed according to needs: feeding, washing, dewatering, discharging etc., and can use remote control. It's features of steady running, easy operation, high-level automation, big capacity, better filtering effect etc.. The nnachine is suitable for solid solutions, fibers, especially for toxic and flammable materials. It's widely used for chemicals, medicines, food, light industry etc..
